Monthly payments are due between the 1st and 5th of each month. The button will take you to the Resident Portal where you can review your reservation(s), contact information, pay your deposit, monthly room and board fee as well as find other useful information. Avoid a 5% late fee by submitting room and board payments by the 5th of each month.
The mission of International Student House is to provide an exceptional residential experience to a highly diverse international community of graduate students, interns, and visiting scholars. We promote inter-cultural dialogue, encourage life-long connections, and foster global citizenship.

Deposits are refunded approximately four weeks after the reservation ends, pending no damage to the room and that residents are in good financial standing. Please read the “Changes and Cancellation Guidelines” for additional information.
