Prospective Residents

The International Student House of Washington, DC offers unique and affordable room and board for graduate students, interns, visiting scholars, and young professionals.

Rates: Lower $1,763 / Higher $2,487 – average double-room $2,150 per person, inclusive of meals and utilities.

More Than Just a Place to Live

Flexible move-in dates & month-to-month stays – minimum stay of one month, extend anytime.
Meals included: 12 in-house meals per week are part of your rate.
Amenities: Internet, utilities, laundry, and workout equipment included. Rooms are fully furnished.
Common spaces: Study room, library, dining hall, courtyard garden, and the historic Ella Burling Great Hall.
Community & events: Social and networking activities, career events, and cultural celebrations organized by residents and I-House DC staff.
